Step1: Processing raw materials by jaw crusher and ball mill. When raw materials are qualified we put them in to tanks for batching by computer.Step2-3: All raw materials put into tanks for wholly mixing with water and then put pouring into mould by pouring mixer. It may take about 7 minutes under temperature of 35-38 degrees.
Step 4: The mould then traveling to the curing room for hardening. The temperature is 40-60 degrees and standstill for 1.5-3.5 hours. The strength of block in the mould should be 0.2-0.3Mpa.
Step 5-6: After curing the mould hoisted by tilting hoister and turned over 90 degrees in the space. When mould put on the cutting car there would be a special device for opening mould (the side plate would be under the block and the mould would be reorganized with returned side plate. See step 16-17).
Step 7-9: The cutting car would transfer block for horizontal and vertical cutting. The cutting wire on the horizontal cutting machine is fastened by pneumatic cylinder which ensures the cutting accuracy. The cutting wire on the vertical cutting machine cutting block like sawing which makes cutting more fluently and also keep the accuracy. And we limit the whole cutting step within 6 minutes.
Step 10-11: The cut block would put into autoclave for final hardening by our designed semi-finished hoister.
Step 12: The block in the autoclave for 8-10 hours under steam pressure of 1.3 MPa. (The steam is produced by boiler)
Step 13-15: After hardening the qualified products are packed for delivery.
Step 16-17: After packing the side plate under the block return back to reorganized with the opening mould for new cutting circulation from step 3 to step 17.
Step 18: The organized mould (mould and side plate) should be sprayed by oil inside to keep the opening mould smoothly.
Step 19: This step is for producing slabs. We put some steel bar into the slurry to make the slabs firmer.
